No major dislikes as such. Below things can be improved:- - No cab facility for day shift employees. - Only one meal basis the shift. - Mobile allowance of ₹2k p.m which is taxable. It should be reimbursement and not taxable. - No free udemy business (Though they have Linkedin Learning) - No secondment or Travel opportunities - No big parties or events - Office space of 5A is not as lavish as 7B.

There are too many, and majority of those specific to India are covered below: 1. Annual appraisals are very very low, much below industry standards. 2. Everything happens as per the whims and fancies of most of the leaders. 3. No clarity on job growth. Employees get promoted only when the person senior to him moves up the ladder. 4. Promotions are role-specific, and not on the basis of performance. One can even stay at the same position for a decade if there's no requirement of a senior role. No likes Interviewer and consultancy doesn't know for which position they are selecting and key roles. After selecting you, they will negotiate salary again n again like they are doing vegitables bargaining and said it's mnc company. Totally time wasting process in and after interview shortlisted. After selecting you, they will not follow up and no coordination regarding job specification. They provided very less package as compared to they mentioned in job posting and want employee have to shift in that location in given package....Read More

Better for those who got rejected in the interview process. Even if you are selected, it will be time wasting process till the offer letter is given, because it will not be given at the last moment.
