The business relationship i have found in work mates is of family kind, so that keeps me going and motivated. 3. working alone on shift managing more than 4 plants has helped me to eliminate fear, grow in my carreer, and mastered how to withstand all pressure built confidence that i can work anywhere globally.

Dislikes

1. safety is only on papers and not practical. we wait until something happens that is when measures are being put in place. sense of pro activness is not in place. 2. My imput dont just match with the payments, puting my life down on the production of Golda acid and copper only to get paid less than 600 usd makes me feel un employed.

We spend too many hours work such that you can't think outside the box again to much power are given to supervisor now as a subordinate your suggestions towards work is not easily considered.
