Work ethic, all over complience system to ensure product quality. Provincial biasness and other so many issues which can't be addressed here

Very bad and i won't recommend any one. HR policies are employee unfriendly. Most of the people leave this company within a year. Too much non compliance pratice is followed during product testing and manufacturing

Salary wise very poor its. There is no shift allowance for the employees. First of all they don't consider shift person as an human. After general shift no food.. Not even coffee or tea has been given to shift people's. Cab facilities also worst.
