Teammates: employees are very good but all are stuck at a wrong place Training: No training at all, because they don't hire very professional people which they cant handle or a true professional doesn't stick too long with this company so the level of training ultimately falls. Career growth: Not a good company to stick around. Sala ry: Not even for one month the salary gets credited on time. They also impose unfair deductions at time Travel: Too far from the city. Very hectic to travel by public transport. This is the worst management I have ever seen in my career. They don't have any vision and most importantly the knowledge of the business they are running. The owners are from a very raw background and they do not know to run the show. Very pathetic employment satisfaction systems and fake promises from the CEO and Management.
