This organisation to provide High advance technology laboratories environment it leads to learn about many technical equipment and systems process. Apart form that, I like working culture, best HR policy, work management, company infrastructure, supportive supervisors.

Company Owners are very supportive and have a long term vision for company growth hence developed and excellent infrastructure where scientists can work positively, can add their knowledge and expertise for new developments and Validations for getting major accreditations and there by to make a great company credentials. - 2nd and 4th Saturday Off - Flexible timing of coming to office: 8:30 am to 9:00 am and accordingly an employee can complete their working hours and can go; No pressure of Staying Back in the office after office hours as many companies are doing. - Regular Weekly Trainings of employees for Different Scientific and Quality guidelines/documents of different regulatory requirements viz NABL, OECD GLP, ISO etc, different studies/testing specific guidelines by experienced people, - Scientists are free to propose any specific research works inhouse for good publications and their own hands-on and experience as a part of training - All these activities are fully supported by Company Owners - As a Company Ribosome Research Centre Pvt. Working culture is very positive. I got training on so many topics related to the OECD GLP and Test item / Reference Item etc. Test Facility Management and QA are very supportive for my function. Existing HR designee is enthusiatic and supportive.
