Salary is never given on time Work culture is very negative mainly due the CEO who is corrupt and inexperienced and also due to the management who has a very passive role in handling the company. there is no learning and only politics surprisingly by the CEO who can plot anything against anyone . Career growth: There is no career growth from this company as it is already sinking Innovation: They also are indulged in malpractices by employing only trainees which affects the work. The authenticity of their work is also a big question.

...st their employees and do not give them free space to work. Always torture them. They give false promises during recruitment and also deduct unfair amount from salary.

They also give salary in the name of their college and shows false payroll in college name to gain tax benefit. It is a fake company with no vision. CEO is corrupt

Job Security: no job security as they dont trust their employees and they feel they own their employees as they are paying them salary Work Culture: Very poor. No work culture. No team development activities. Its like sitting in a kindergarten classroom where you cant talk to your teammates or else you will be punished Management: They don't have knowledge of tackling professional people. They themselves are from a raw background and they dont know how to talk with their employees Company policies: There are no policies because they don't stick to it. A company very high attrition rate

...training ultimately falls. Career growth: Not a good company to stick around. Salary: Not even for one month the salary gets credited on time. They also impose unfair deductions at time Travel: Too far from the city. Very hectic to travel by public transport. No transport provided by company Politics: CEO is the main politician and instead of providing a comfortable environment, he is the one who would lay a plot behind you. Not upfornt on his intentions. Innovation: Nope Work-life balance: Very hectic.

Dislikes

Management is non technical and non professional. No appraisal on time. No policies In employees favour. Poor location and on top of that, owners treat employees like illiterate labours.
