Company culture for employee in ribosome research centre is quite good. Employee can enhance their personal growth via improve the work skills. Experimental activity in analytical includeds method development and validation, Analysis of quality control samples. The increment is regularly done on yearly basis.

Working culture is very positive. I got training on so many topics related to the OECD GLP and Test item / Reference Item etc. Test Facility Management and QA are very supportive for my function. Existing HR designee is enthusiatic and supportive.
