Industry was really big and it was one of the top MNC's in refractory production. There were hiring freshers also it was bit a benefit for freshers. It also has lot of work pressure.

Dislikes

But I won't recommend this company for B.tech graduates. Technical leaning was NIL here. This is perfect for Diploma ceramist.

As I was selected for production supervisor, my work was to make the batches ready for pressing. Work pressure was little high.
