Read this before joining Responsive.io (Formerly RFPIO). The company has two faces. The people and culture in the US looks great and they are employee friendly, centric, cool place to work etc. Whereas, the one in Coimbatore, India, thats an upside down. Here it's all dominated by the long time employees who joined the company in its initial stages. These untouchables go to any extent to safeguard themselves and their power and influence in the company (back-stabbing, cornering, micro-managing, cheap politics etc). The founders believe in them and act upon their decisions and recommendations, with their eyes closed. Inefficient HR team. By showcasing their people and culture in US, Responsive.io (Formerly RFPIO) has created an illusion and claims to be a cool place to work, to attract talents in India, where it is actually a mess.
