I was hired as an Intern for 6 months and now i completed 6 months and working as a permanent team member in their R&D department. Company has helped me find an accommodation in Mumbai and. Food and Travel is provided by the company. I got an opportunity to learn many things and wish to continue learning more things. I wish company all the success.

I am associated with this company since last 2 years into their production department and I have got many things to learn. management and colleagues are very helpful. Company provides free lunch to all the employees and travel (pick up and Drop)by bus.

The best part to work with Rexnord is you get to learn more about the product.employees are treated well. work timings are 9 to 6 pm and bus pick up and drop is given by company.

1. Bad Management: The management is controlling, with no support for employees. 2. No Job Security & Unfair Rules: They didn’t tell you about the NDA and three-month notice period before joining. You found out later. 3. Salary Issues: Salaries are paid late, on the 10th of every month. If you take leave between the 1st and 10th, your salary gets delayed by five more days and is paid by check. 4. Poor Bus Service: The company provides a bus, but if it’s late, you have to stay back and make up for the lost time. 5. Stressful Environment: Phones are not allowed at work. Once inside, it feels like a prison. 6. HR attitude towards all employees and false statement and promises, No work and life balance, Your efforts are never count during appraisal. Appraisal will be provided after 1 and half year later. On little things director is directly involved in the things. There is high risk of job security.
