1. Bad Management: The management is controlling, with no support for employees. 2. No Job Security & Unfair Rules: They didn’t tell you about the NDA and three-month notice period before joining. You found out later. 3. Salary Issues: Salaries are paid late, on the 10th of every month. If you take leave between the 1st and 10th, your salary gets delayed by five more days and is paid by check. 4. Poor Bus Service: The company provides a bus, but if it’s late, you have to stay back and make up for the lost time. 5. Stressful Environment: Phones are not allowed at work. Once inside, it feels like a prison. 6. They don't provide appointment letter no experience letter no salary slip. Management is worst. Its like jail they treat their employees as slave no value of employees. On public holiday they don't give paid holiday they deduct from our salary. Worst experience.
