Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite. All the festival are celebrated with full entertainment and all this happens because management and HR puts all the efforts to keep the employees happy. I was hired as an Intern for 6 months and now i completed 6 months and working as a permanent team member in their R&D department. Company has helped me find an accommodation in Mumbai and. Food and Travel is provided by the company. I got an opportunity to learn many things and wish to continue learning more things. I wish company all the success.

I am associated with this company since last 2 years into their production department and I have got many things to learn. management and colleagues are very helpful. Company provides free lunch to all the employees and travel (pick up and Drop)by bus.

No any words as can't say any good things about Rexnord Electronics and Control Ltd. As can see that, company is getting write good things here by some people's to improve ratings virtually but they need to improve things internally. They are best in tricking employees and pretending to be so good.

Everything to dislike in this company. Sales people have to make 4 visit daily. They don't care what designation is your and what level of experience you have. Performance is calculated every week. No job security.
