Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite. All the festival are celebrated with full entertainment and all this happens because management and HR puts all the efforts to keep the employees happy. I was hired as an Intern for 6 months and now i completed 6 months and working as a permanent team member in their R&D department. Company has helped me find an accommodation in Mumbai and. Training and learning is very good in Rexnord Electronics.Products are very good abd new technologies are added every year. Management is very supportive and Fellow team mates are just awesome. Everyone including freshers are given good role and responsibilities. There is a chance to learn many things if you are greedy to grasp.
