There is only one criteria that management follows to hire top ranking people like team lead or managers, that is whomsoever can come in cheaper price. So for obvious reasons, the place is crawling with egoistic maniacs who are clearly unfit for decision making positions. Manager of all the deapartments think they are the owner of the company.
