There is only one criteria that management follows to hire top ranking people like team lead or managers, that is whomsoever can come in cheaper price. It's good start for fresher to learn and gain experience and there is no limitations explore the work you can work in what ever department you want to and also good people around you

As off we know about the field of biology we are working would pay less comparative Other fields but I think now they has to change that because we can't sustain with that minimum wage they provide as we pay lac's to our education it doesn't worth
