As a brand or a d2c store I would suggest you to be wary and don't fall prey of this wanna be duplicate clever tap or third Xerox copy of some techno marketing SAAS , its a very fraud company where CSM Head ( call centre agent ) and the founders mislead and do all sorts of frauds with clients , once the shoplift review is given theydon't show up for support CSMs get posted. Call centre se Utha kar CSM Head laaaye who doesn't understand ABC of email marketing and begs all day to clients for testimonials and has given serious instructions to her team to take testimonials and then get ghosted if the client is in need, clients laugh on such incompetient and unaware 3rd grade staff , I wonder how they get the idea of hiring a cheap call centre agent to lead success for D2C stores. Founders Sulakshan , Arpit Gupta talk in a sadak chaap manner.
