Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Everything about resurgent. No work life balance here. Totally sales driven company. Credit analyst reporting managers are sales person Very very high pressure on analyst team. Analyst has to work continue more than 15 hours everyday to meet deadline of projects. No independency for credit analysts. Very less leave provided by company.
