The process is worst ever i saw the toxic managers and they behave like this is school and they are principal they won't give work from home option and even if u r sick also they won't give leave they gave only 6 days of sick leave in a whole year and if u took extra 1 sick leave then it will consider as LOP(loss of payment). Work life balance 0 out of 10. It all depends upon ur teams.u can't get leave if u have work they will not allow. No work from home. If u did one error ur out of the company. They dont know how to manage work properly firstly they will start with more people after that they will remove people from the teams by which the work pressure will become more for the other team members and they dont think about that also they dont care about ur health they just need their work done.
