Flexibility to work from home is the only benefit,there are no set deadlines or work pressure, one can do work as per their preference. 1 week work from office have to be done once a month.

Dislikes

Work from office conditions are not good, there's no cab facility, no travel allowance, no free food, even sanitary conditions are sometimes also not good, office environment becomes boring within 5 members. No salary increment, appraisal is only for around 1000 or maybe less than that, appraisal gets delayed everytime, no work trips for morale boost nothing. Mostly all the Hod ,manager ,supervisor teamleader ,senior team member good but those who working 1, 2 years old colleagues are act like teamleader
