Likes

All the workers are polite and friendly natured.Company has a good shop floor with clean and neat maintenance.Highly equipped machines with recent technology is adopted.

Dislikes

There is no compensation and work pressure is high.Ontime salary is very rare.

Work Details

Well my role is to maintain stores department, controlling of shelf life items.preparing monthly stock statement for IT purposes.control look over the raw material from starting stage of issuing to dispatch.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
