I’m able to explore multiple new technologies and constantly given opportunity to take up any tech I like to work on. I can independently work on the tasks I’m assigned without any intervention from anyone and also get helped by my peers whenever asked. Lastly, flexible work hours.

The only positive aspect of this company is that we receive our salary on time. Other than that, there is nothing else that I like about it.

Work is the only activity that will be conducted, and no leave will be provided. We must request leave one month in advance, and strict timings will be enforced with no breaks allowed for personal needs.

Rntomojo has a very good culture compared to a lot of startups. It's a good place to start your career, and there are so many things to learn. helps to learn many things in a shorter period.

I am currently part of the team at Rentomojo, and I find it important to share that I have concerns about the work culture. My experience has left me feeling less than satisfied with certain aspects of the work environment. I believe that a stronger emphasis on communication and employee well-being could significantly enhance the overall work culture.

I do admit that I heard this company first time from HR when I got offer. I researched company and really impressed Companies accomplishments and future goals and achievements I joined there will me more opportunities in the future.
