Work environment is not good at present.Senior and experienced worker like me not getting proper return inspite of their continuous effort.Management is also not very supportive during this Covid situation.

Dislikes

Management is completely unaware about their employees. A lot of politics is there and who successfully is able to play the game he only will be benefitted. No possibility for career growth.

When I started working here my job is very interesting.I learnt a lot from here and work environment was very good.But from the last 5 years the situation is completely changed and from my point of view there is no possibilities for growth.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
