Work environment is not good at present.Senior and experienced worker like me not getting proper return inspite of their continuous effort.Management is also not very supportive during this Covid situation.

Management is completely unaware about their employees. A lot of politics is there and who successfully is able to play the game he only will be benefitted. No possibility for career growth.
