When you have the MD of a company as an authority in the core field of its activities in the country, backed up by his exceptional professional attitude and exemplary hardworking nature, then you are really lucky to be in there.

Dislikes

I simply envy the authority in his subject and otherwise which our MD Mr.Dixit has with which he is actually making India glorified globally through his knowledge, perception and high level of idea in the field of the company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
