Not at all, from HR NH to local HR not single help and co operate to employees. I have many reference which was left the job due to HR only.

Professional dressup should be follow. Casual dresses should be allow on Friday only. Lack of soft skills Training programs should be their for enhance employess skills. Lack of transprency ( Personal or professional behaviour mixed) No working allowance for extra working days ( Specially Saturday)

To be honest there is not much to like about RenewBuy.

Dislikes

They do not stand on their commitments when it comes to salary and variable pay. Transfer to other locations without change in salary is also something which is done here. Promotion without any increment. Toxic work culture.

Fast track promotion and RB Bandhan reward for employees its very good and Renew buy chat bot helpline number is unique concept.

Everything is good in Renew buy but Payout Grid and RB portal is still not working properly. Payout grid is very complicated. RB portal is not working Properly.

Company culture, morning con calls are terrible they just grab you down by pulling your collar in front of your colleagues in turn giving us negative impact throughout the day. Worst decision of mine joining Renewbuy. Regret joining the company.

Nothing to Like i advise never join this organization as i am also leaving this organization within 2 months. Many other who resign within 2 to 3 months.

Company hires you with a target which you have to achieve in 3 months. They terminate you within 3 months and target is always worst in the market.
