The company has developed the online insurance platform where the agents or advisors can issue the policy through digital application of mobile app. With instant quote and policy with in less time. This company is another web aggregator like policy Bazar. Under POS model certain limitations are not followed by the company.

No reward and reconization. Work pressure is very high. No support from the management team to the managers. Management people do not value an individuals unique strengths, I do receive appreciation from partners for the support and service, but they mostly go unnoticed during my employment. Also, no training, very important communication gap between management and teams for sudden decisions. Which is very painful....Read More
