Yes we couldn't grow our career further there .. Before joining there we thought that's our platform to grow our career but none of them where selected next level. The company need only work from us so they didn't cared for our career growth.

Good MNC company. Worked at production department in body shop ,well trained in spot weld and body quality inspection. Good working environment and i learn quality of car body's,spot weld checking . Believing in teamwork , hard work in nature and willingness to learn and manageral skills development .overall i love Renault Nissan

Quality inspection for spot failure and part mismatching at engine body shop. Ensuring production error with design. Ensuring the welding quality in body shop.Check Welding Procedure specification.Maintain Daily Inspection Check sheet and PDI Report.
