Team members are supportive and Transport facilities are available for all. Cafeteria with canteen available for all.

Dislikes

Management policies and company policies are not suitable for Trainees and some employees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled in the very beginning and I pick up it. There is no formal job training. But I learnt everything on myself. Sometimes I got a chance to wear a double hats and that's help me a lot to make work more efficient.

ort talent improved in oru best automobile platform but i cannot the oppertunity. company time is very good in our shiftwise.. food is always good for compare another industry. am work from company in 2yrs apprentice scheame.so i cannot experience in all other benifites

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
