The job is quite interesting! I struggled in the very beginning and I pick up it. There is no formal job training. But I learnt everything on myself. Sometimes I got a chance to wear a double hats and that's help me a lot to make work more efficient.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
