Top management always consider recommended trainee from employee's relative and known person only. So if you have plan to stay for long choose it wisely. There is lots of things learn if you automobile enthusiastic. Mainly the the manufacturing domain.

They always consider recommended people's. If you have enough to knowledge keep your position. They won't consider it.

Employees are very friendly, high pressure

Dislikes

For food time they provide 30 mins only in that for moving to & fro & hand washing time takes 15 mins, we left only 15 mins for eating which is not sufficient
