Top management always consider recommended trainee from employee's relative and known person only. So if you have plan to stay for long choose it wisely. There is lots of things learn if you automobile enthusiastic. Mainly the the manufacturing domain.

For food time they provide 30 mins only in that for moving to & fro & hand washing time takes 15 mins, we left only 15 mins for eating which is not sufficient

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
