its a small property with a very good ambiance and view,a sea shore resort..... and thats it

kappad beach resort is owned by a wonderful group of people and runs very well ,but the property alone is having the worst manager and his rules.even the company has its own rule and regulations ,the resort rules change according to the wishes of the manager,it will be very hard for a professional to work in such property as has noting to do with the management part.decision making capacity of the management is very very poor and it may lead to the conflicts between the guest.but have to be very careful while dealing with such situation as this may lead to major fights. we can not expect the management to support us on critical situation as they always change there attitude towards each issues.making a stand on the same issue is always hard as the decisions always change according to the power and money of the person dealing with ,if you have own Sops please be away from this property as we always need to swim along with the current ..... some times with the undercurrents ,SOPs is the big comedy as well as tragedy there. please don't expect such things there ....Read More

Work Details

we need to come for duty at 07 in the morning, if you are lucky can leave home for sleeping at night.they will never pay you a good salary,if paying you are expected to spent your whole life there.no extra payment for over times duties ,no service charge
