Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Good company, my teem selected by me ,our customers also cooperate very fine. If any one works logistics ( multi mode operations) he will be adjust any Field.

No ending Time in ware House operation. Even Deevali holiday we engaged work.
