Company is good, they give job security to people and also they provide many services in reliance to make work life better and easy.

Dislikes

I like the company but not the management, at times the management is too poor. You have to do one work again and again due to lack communication and sometimes it is so hard to reach to HR in reliance. Maybe I had a bad experience but that doesn't define company bad or good. Maybe due to some reason things didn't go well with me butcompany had its own brand value and just by emerging it is actually lacking a lot in management side. Work life is good if you know how to manage your work, but you will loose your personal life because the work pressure is too much to handle and also the salary is less.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
