Employees of company because they don't follow herarchy for themselves but they want follow herarchy by another and junior . Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

Attitude of staff management floor manager are not ready to coordinate or co-operate with you and your times are manipulate by manager any time and work pressure is so High according to salary provided to staff. Specially CM is not supporting and he want results.
