I don't like anything in Reliance consumer product limited (RCPL)

Dislikes

No proper Appraisal usually 4% hike, Politics game, Toxic environment, people chews Pan masala, RMD, rajanighanda in the office I don't tolerate smell and they spit every where, this is the worst scene I have ever seen in any company.

HR is not that great. HR is not working for employee based.Just following instructions. Mediclaim insurance money taking too high in CTC. Work from Home facilities not available HR has no proper evaluation for long run employee.depend what respected department evaluate.

First of all people here don’t have any idea on promotions. Nothing is organised here and every petty task is being implemented manually. Manager does favouritism and there’s no one to check this.. specially in Reliance Trends within Reliance Retail, people are too much toxic. They do not have any knowledge and have grown from beinga store manager to a chief manager in the Head office and does all unprofessional things.
