There’s no system or process, they just want primaries to be done by the DB without any planning of secondaries or providing BTL / ATL support. HR here is just a puppet, they have no control at all if a sales ZM asks to put you out of the organisation HR will just facilitate this without even questioning him the reason for this

Absolutely disastrous decisions taken by management They take non sense decision and make life of employees hell and then blame it on employees Shuts the business and make employees resign forcefully. RandomDecision taken by management without taking feedback from ground level or mid Level employee No long term plan.. They keep on changing plan every week You can never trust

Everything is organize just need to stick with the process , Team structure and work metrics are very much clear just have to follow the SOP also if someone have worked in Store operations can easily adapt here in any of the department.

Promotion is not something anyone get easily , Also the same routine consistent work you can’t explore other functions or improve skills until the requirements come from company not by yourself.

All Store running on vendor billing no customer experience NO WOW filling in store. They hire outsider only for showing temporary basis any issus or problem created in cluster first they throw out New joiner.

The management sucks here. There are certain bosses here in the organization who mentally tortures employees and creates a situation where they will have to leave the organization. This person will attack personally comment on your family background and will make you feel that you are good for nothing. Today as an employee I am suffering so much that my mental health my confidence has gone for a toss and the best part is that the HR is a puppet here who claims to take care of their employees but they are hardly bothered about what's happening with their employees and the person who is doing this with his subordinates is still exists without being questioned whereas those subordinates are leaving the company unheard inspite of raising this issues in front of the HR. So friends big name and claims of best working culture is just a bluff be careful of these bluffs. Because of this person my experience regarding the work culture and work environment is worst in Reliance. First of all people here don’t have any idea on promotions. Nothing is organised here and every petty task is being implemented manually. Manager does favouritism and there’s no one to check this.. specially in Reliance Trends within Reliance Retail, people are too much toxic.
