HR is not that great. HR is not working for employee based.Just following instructions. Mediclaim insurance money taking too high in CTC. Work from Home facilities not available HR has no proper evaluation for long run employee.depend what respected department evaluate.

Absolutely disastrous decisions taken by management They take non sense decision and make life of employees hell and then blame it on employees Shuts the business and make employees resign forcefully. Everything is organize just need to stick with the process , Team structure and work metrics are very much clear just have to follow the SOP also if someone have worked in Store operations can easily adapt here in any of the department.
