Would not recommend because : 1. People have more interest knowing what's going on in others life rather than improving own skills. 2. Chatu people will go ahead and you will not despite doing all hard work. 3.Boss is the god , you shouldn't say anything against him/her. 4. Compensation are very low atleast for new joiners or less than 5years experience. 5. Not so corporating HRs , every small thing you discuss with your HR reaches your Manager .Even they are not aware of many policies.No written communication. Most of the things happens verbally so that later you don't have any proof. 6.In the name of Insurance and Medical Benefits they deduct a considerable amount which are included in package. 7. You learn nothing significant that adds value to your career . 8. They are hiring people like donkeys and at the place where earlier 1 person used to sit , they make 2 people to adjust causing health issues to many . 9. Average hike 3-5% . Things you may like : 1. Beautiful Gardens, newly constructed buildings, big campus to hang around and take pictures. 2. Tasty and affordable food. 3.24*7 medical facility . 4. 9 hours fixed working hours .Come at leave on time .Do anything except work . To go up ladder. 5.
