Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

First of all people here don’t have any idea on promotions. Nothing is organised here and every petty task is being implemented manually. Manager does favouritism and there’s no one to check this.. specially in Reliance Trends within Reliance Retail, people are too much toxic. They do not have any knowledge and have grown from beinga store manager to a chief manager in the Head office and does all unprofessional things. I enjoy interacting with vendors, frontend team and other cross functional teams. Challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that come with finding solution.

I value the culture of my current company. Leads set an example for employees to share ideas and help each other with tasks. While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive although I enjoy using my technical skills.

Absolutely disastrous decisions taken by management They take non sense decision and make life of employees hell and then blame it on employees Shuts the business and make employees resign forcefully.
