Work nature is worst management are too much torture as they won't increase manpower give workload to one person where the work is not related to ur designation. Before joining this company need to ask 50℅ hike after joining u won't get any increment.

No proper Appraisal usually 4% hike, Politics game, Toxic environment, people chews Pan masala, RMD, rajanighanda in the office I don't tolerate smell and they spit every where, this is the worst scene I have ever seen in any company.

Reliance was such a company in which there was never any problem and the incentive policy was quite high, it took a lot of work, reliance digital is a very good brand
