Reliance has a very varied work culture. It depends on team to team. For some where the processes are set, the work is mundane, For a lot, people are experimenting a lot and you get to see a lot of learnings. If you got a great Manager, the work is equally rewarding and you get to have a leadership exposure. Can switch to Jio, RIL etc if you want

Dislikes

Not for freshers. Too much red tapes Merchandising and certain such roles have very age old thinkers as leaders, who do not give a good exposures to their team.
