Because I gave 5 years to this organisation and got 5 store inauguration ( Sakchi jamshedpur, Bagusari, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Gopalgonj durgapur) in front of me and along with 4 years of hard work, I got opportunity to handle the Muzaffarpur Bihar store and also made the store in My working time very grow, I m very happy, and always will be. Reliance company is really wonderful organisation because We will working with company more than 5 years+ but this company handling seniors can't be better, because the senior manager does not like people who work hard, he likes people who flatter, due to which We had to leaft this organisation, for which we are very sad.

Training facility is very important thank all trainer specially Snehal Mam.

Dislikes

Management system every day given pressure to staff after duty time in night 2 hours concall. If you have many banks credit card so this place is suitable for you. Store sales depends on Vendor billing.
