Top Managers were very helpful especially NSM. They treated very well to the Management Trainee and gave the chance to learn more not much pressure of target was made to the new joinee .

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike overall things were good but I didn't get much support from Manager and senior colleagues at initial and whenever needed.

No support in times of trouble and no backup by seniors when needed most...

Dislikes

There is always communication gap between HR and staff in which problem cannot get solve easily. It is very hard to recruit team in emergency situation

Salary - Average I have been working in this company since January 2022 but my salary still 22k only Promotion - Poor my opportunity was given to another person whose don't know about my product he is onroll as a deputy manager and I am still consultant.

Reliance general insurance as a top most company itself gives a healthy and happy culture among employees which i like the most and gives more work satisfaction personally as i grew up a lot in these past 3&1/2yrs.

Dislikes

Poor team management and complete politics over personal likes and dislikes towards individual employees to head of the team. No proper recognition to employees hard work towards finishing team targets despite working for 12-15hrs/day.

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad

Promotion and hikes are very low. If you join on low package it will be very difficult to get satisfactory hike next year Performance Bonus return - will have to return the bonus if you leave before 6 months after getting bonus so basically you will need to wait total 9 months to get out from the organization

As it was my first experience in the BPO field I met some very skillful people from whom I have learnt a lot like communication and speaking in a group fearlessly.

1) Recruiter manager - false promises for team leading 2) No support for new business 3) Discouragement directly flows through upper management 4) no vertical is aware of agents of other vertical 5) No access to full agent list 6) UW do not provide discounts to new employees for their cases.
