My time with Regenesys was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I entered their hiring process, it became evident that their intentions were far from sincere. Instead of genuine recruitment, it felt like being placed on an endless waiting list, with little regard for the candidates involved. The so-called 'training' period quickly turned into a nightmare. Rather than nurturing talent, the company seemed determined to find fault at every turn. Minor mistakes were blown out of proportion, leading to unjustified periods of unpaid leave under the guise of further training. They will not pay you for your work. The HR and your trainers will keep you in the lurch and suddenly they will tell you that you will not be paid for this many days. This approach to hiring is not just unethical; it's downright harmful. It reflects a lack of respect for candidates and a blatant disregard for their well-being. Regenesys has failed to create a supportive and nurturing environment, opting instead for manipulative tactics that leave candidates feeling exploited and undervalued. Easy hiring process less documentation

On the first day HR was not at all helpful in joining. They made me wait for 3 hours but still HR was not there. They don't even offer water to people who visit their office Also Salary issues are observed No Health benefits or leaves. 6 days working HR is not at all helpful
