I joined company in 2017 when company was an year old. It has only 12 people working. I would say that if you are hard working and take responsibility, company give you full opportunity to grow. Company has pivoted in many ways, changes in polices with the time, allowing perks such as health insurance, cash rewards, flat leave structure and good appraisals. A very small company with very small thinking. Specially the Delivery head Mr. Arunesh Beri just try to manipulate the employees with their cheap tricks. I won’t suggest anyone to work in this company ever.
