I been into three companies, Redcentric is my 3rd company. It was really happy to work with this company. Each and every manager and management people help every employee to balance their both work and family life which was the only one every employee except from the company. I'm genuine towards the company and ratings I have given. It was such a good and lucky opportunity to work this company.

Here, the work life balance is very good, as there will be a good friendly services manager is cool and he won't be angry as suffer in any it, Hr will more supportive for our queries.

Dislikes

Yes, we fear a lot of our job as this is not as secured as we think the client is from UK and everyday it is a new story of running out of customers which will lead run out of the show. If your are thinking about learning new things than stay away as we step in its kind of robot work they only need to to do the process nothing new. No promotions and bonus that makes a employee weak....!

Everything and most the people. Toxic work environment. Was never enough work which left me to question why I was even hired. This is twice as bad when I’m in the office all day everyday. Any ideas and solutions I had to improve the problems where ignored, literally ignored.

management sucks... they are more interested in your personal life than your professional life.. there is nothing to like except for the shift time

everything is being disliked.. employee at the ground level r unhappy and when they voice out their concern.. they are immediately put under performance plan and asked to leave.. management is very poor. some managers dont have people handling skills yet become a manager.. you need to be good to your manager to survive your tenure.
