No working culture. No job security. Company seniors like ASM/ RSM don't have any sense and standard. No timming there is 12 hours straight shift. All the time company put Penalty on frenchise for little things in store and then frenchise put the same penalty on Store manager and Assistant store manager and deduct salary of both employee. There is nothing good here the. HOD , the management everything sucks here. The working culture is so toxic... Jo. Security is zero. You can get fired for any single thing... There is no proper office management. Everyone is working here because of there personal compulsion.
