Recron give me a chance to work in abroad. Here is Good working culture and environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. In Recron I got a chance to work with different-2 people from different-2 countries like Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, Chinese-Malaysian, Southindia-Malaysian, Malaysian and obviously with Indian. It's a reliance group company based in Malaysia. Mainly Chinese staff in higher positions. Career growth is limited. Salary and other compensation are OK. They prefer people from Reliance, India. Work culture follows that of Reliance, India.

Since December 2016, a new management has taken over and it is difficult to work with them.

I was their Site Head for 8/10 years. I was first time Reliance employee joining from Indonesia. SincE I knew working with Chinese and active Malay speaker, it was easy to work with Workforce. I had more than 30years of processing experience in Textiles.
