It's a company where leads are scarce and will be given to people who are tenured, if you are friends with manager you are the king, if not your life is hell, I was practically harrassed insulted and terminated. It is a typical Lala type company. You will ruin your life and carrier here. They do micromanagement and judge you for everything. Strict timings, zero flexibility and lack of trust in employees.
