This is a BPO not an agency. Freshers please avoid it. There are employees with 5, 7 and 9 years experience but still Sem analyst. They have their own slow software so you will not have any exposure on Google. Hire and fire policies. Policies change everyday. Even they have thrown employees with 5 years experience. No value for longevity or loyalty. Always renovating their cabin but during appraisal they hand out peanuts like 6 percent increment. Canteen has timing like school. One minute late means you have to go back home. Crisis disaster management is horrifying. When it rained so much that Mumbai locals had stopped. They still marked half day for those who were late. It gives an entry-level job for new starters into Digital Marketing. Do not wait for more than 6 months.

They show themselves as a Digital Marketing agency, but the truth is they are more like BPO or call center. Its just operation and nothing else. Work is monotonous and management keeps changing the rules as per mood and their advantage. ShaguLal enterprises it is. No human value , micromanagement to the core.

There is no Job Security in this place. Most senior people working in this place are arrogant. This company looks for a Third Party Consultancy called Interactive Management System(IMS) to hire candidates. They (IMS) are the worst people you can ever find because They delay your salaries, cut your salaries and create all types of issues!!
